HELM was established locally in 2010 with the prime focus of servicing Sydney’s luxury owner occupier market. The Lower North Shore is HELM’s ‘sweet spot’ and its five developments in this region have elevated architectural standards and surrounding property values.

A collaborative approach
So special is the Myahgah project that HELM has enlisted three extraordinary architectural firms to bolster its in-house design team and act as a gateway for new ideas and perspectives.

PCA Architects, Brick Architects and Corben Architects. PCA and Brick have been designing beautiful buildings along the Eastern seaboard of Australia for more than 30 years, while Corben has a portfolio of some 250 high-end projects on the Lower North Shore.

HELM is part of a select group which has received one of the highest iCIRT evaluations to date – 4.5 stars * out of five stars -- with the NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler OAM declaring: “HELM is one of this State’s quality developers.”
*As HELM does not develop in other States and specialises in Medium Density Development, the rating criteria precludes HELM from achieving 5 stars.
